Camilla advises on the full breadth of family law including separation, divorce, cohabitation, civil partnerships, prenuptial agreements, financial settlements, international child abduction, leave to remove applications and other disputes involving children. She specialises in substantial and complex financial settlements often with an international dimension. She offers counsel to royalty, beneficiaries with trust assets and significant inherited wealth, as well as other medium to high net and ultra high net worth individuals.
Camilla studied at Cambridge University between 1985 and 1988. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992 before joining Withers in London.
In 2002, Camilla became one of the youngest judges in England and Wales.
Camilla established the practice in 2005.
Camilla was named Inspirational Woman of the Year in the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2018.
In the 2018 Citywealth Leaders List, Camilla has been named as one of the Top 10 Family and Matrimonial Lawyers.

In February 2016, Camilla was made Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year 2016 at the Citywealth Power Women Awards. She also received this award in 2015.

In February 2016, Camilla lectured in Bermuda at the Private Client Forum Americas 2016, giving an International Update on Matrimonial Law.
In October 2016, Camilla participated in a symposium of ultra high net worth advisors and trustees in Venice at the Cambridge Forum.
Camilla is co-author of Model Letters for Family Lawyers and International Aspects of Family Law.
Camilla was invited to speak at the Kazan Legal International Forum 2017 in Russia, sitting on a panel of respected experts to discuss “Divorce: business Realities and Problems Arising in the Division of property”
Camilla participated in the Cambridge Forum on International Wealth Disputes in Barcelona in November 2017, a prestigious ‘invitation only’ event attended by lawyers and trustees from all over the world who look after Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families.
Camilla was invited to co-host a breakout session on “Family Disruption – a case update” at the Legal Week International Private Client Forum in Villa d’ Este, Lake Como, Italy in November 2017.
In February 2018, Camilla was invited to attend the ConTrA Trusts in Litigation Conference in Iceland where she chaired a session about Nuptial Settlements for the purposes of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973.
Camilla was elected to join the steering committee for the eminent Annual Forum on International Wealth Disputes in 2018 and will be chairing a session on cross-border divorces at the upcoming Forum in October 2018 in Versailles.
Camilla is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and the British Russian Law Association (BRLA).
Camilla is totally dedicated to her four children and lives between Wiltshire and London. She loves skiing and sailing, and spends an inordinate amount of time keeping very fit, partly due to her love of food and cooking. Camilla is currently learning Russian (as she has so many Russian clients) and also speaks French.
