Emma advises on the full breadth of family law including separation, divorce, cohabitation, civil partnerships, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and disputes involving children. She represents high and ultra net worth clients in cases that often involve international assets, complex financial structures and intricate tax arrangements. Emma acts for a number of high profile international clients in complex cross-jurisdictional litigation including; Oligarchs, entrepreneurs and renowned sportsmen.

Emma is in the vanguard of private children cases at Camilla Baldwin. She represents a number of high profile clients in relation to complex child arrangements, leave to remove applications but also public care proceedings; acting for grandparents and siblings.

Emma graduated from Exeter University having studied Human Geography.  She subsequently completed the GDL and LPC at BPP in London before training at a regional firm in Surrey.  Emma joined the team at Camilla Baldwin in 2014 and was made a Partner of the firm in January 2018.
